UK fashion and lifestyle brand Jack Wills has announced the launch of an entrepreneurship campaign, described as “a celebration of the success stories of Jack Wills alumni” and built around the hashtag (#JWAlumni).

The Jack Wills campaign has a digital focus

The move comes as it approach its 18th anniversary next month with the company saying it will be catching up with those who started their careers with the business and looking at what they have gone on to achieve.

Founder and CEO Peter Williams, fostering future talent and entrepreneurial enthusiasm is important to the company with one of its key values having been to retain an entrepreneurial spirit, “to encourage people to take risks and not to penalise them if it doesn’t work.”

He said Jack Wills alumni have gone on to start some “incredibly successful and innovative businesses.” Featured Jack Wills alumni include Ed Foy of Press Juice, Jess Sheppard of Copper Garden, Jesse Burgess of Topjaw, Keenan Foley of Orillo, Ed Smith of Doisy & Dam, Ben Jones of Yacht Week, Beth Salter of Shut Up Studio and yoga teacher Charlotte Cooper.

Williams kicked off the new campaign by speaking at the Entrepreneurial Exchange on Thursday. The Entrepreneurs Exchange is a networking forum for entrepreneurs looking to grow their business and receive insight and experience from some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs.
