Rattner brings over 20 years of financial experience at Elizabeth Arden to Perry Ellis. He most recently served as VP Finance and Corporate Controller at Elizabeth Arden overseeing 50 global finance and accounting associates. At Perry Ellis, Rattner will report to Perry Ellis President and CEO Oscar Feldenkreis.

"We are pleased to welcome David to Perry Ellis International and expect his breadth of experience will be a critical element as we enter the growth mode of our 5 point growth and profitability plan," commented Feldenkreis. "We thank Anita for her eight years of contributions at Perry Ellis.  She has been instrumental in assisting Perry Ellis to drive gross margin expansion, expense savings and inventory turns.  Anita has built a solid finance team and with her help we anticipate a smooth transition over the next few months."

Britt served as Perry Ellis CFO since 2009 after holding executive roles at Urban Brands Inc. and Jones Apparel Group, Inc. She will remain with the company until March 31 to ensure a smooth transition.

The company in November reaffirmed its fiscal 2017 guidance, expecting revenues to range from $885 million to $890 million and adjusted EPS to range from $1.95 to $2.00.
