Founded by Kristina Lake in February 2011, Stitch Fix is a monthly subscription service that sends women and men clothing and accessories options that they can buy or return.

A spokesperson for Stitch Fix told Fortune that the company "has neither turned down late-stage funding from interested investors nor will our Board of Directors be meeting next month to decide on plans for an IPO."

Over the years, Stitch Fix raised $46 million in funding. According to Re/code, the company was valued at $300 million following the Series C round, and its annual sales are over $500 million.

The San Francisco-based service launched men’s personal styling in September 2016 and in February launched plus sizes for women.
