The shop will be housed in a two-story building, with a 1,000 m2 floor space that formerly housed a Zara store. Neighboring shops include Dutch retailers such as Scotch & Soda, Hunkemöller, and Didi as well as international brands such as Swarovski and Levi’s.

The label that describes itself as a ‘Scandinavian-inspired brand,’ will offer collections for men and women at the new store. Distrikt Norrebro’s range consists of jackets, jeans, trousers, tops, sweaters, dresses, skirts and underwear as well as accessories, including sneakers bags, scarves and beanies. Items are priced between €7.95 and €189.95.

Since 2013 The Sting, officially launched in 1982, introduced additional brands targeting young people, including Costes, Cotton Club and Distrikt Norrebro. The latter opened its first standalone store in November 2017 in The Hague. The brand itself had been available for some time already via The Sting’s online store. The retailer also plans to land in Den Bosch and Uden later this year.
