Ronnie Fieg’s celebrated streetwear brand Kith has partnered with Disney for a Mickey Mouse collection, as the iconic mouse celebrates its 90th anniversary.

The collaboration features items for both kids and adults made with signature Kith fabrics, decorated with eight different renditions of Mickey from throughout his 90 years to celebrate the character’s many eras.

The collection pieces include a bomber jacket made in Kith’s denim and decorated with a 1920s Mickey, as well as cable knits and denim kimonos adorned with a hat-wearing Fantasia-style Mickey, and wool flannel pieces featuring a 1950s-style Mickey, among others.

“When looking at the evolution of Mickey Mouse over his 90 years, we thought about our brand’s transformations since we opened eight years ago,” the brand wrote via Instagram.

“Giving the customer more than what they pay for is always the goal, and to us that starts with custom-milling our own fabrics. We chose eight of our signature fabrics and dedicated each of them to a different decade Mickey has lived through. This is the basis for the story of Disney x Kith.”

In addition to the apparel offering of jackets, puffer coats, rugby shirts, cardigans, accessories and more, the Kith x Disney collaboration is further supported by a collection of Mickey-inspired sneakers made between Kith and Converse. Offering three versions of the Chuck Taylor 1970, the footwear models include sherpa fleece, classic canvas and premium leather models.

The Kith x Disney collection, as well as the collection of Converse sneakers, will launch on November 18, Mickey’s birthday. On that day, Kith x Disney pieces will be available at all Kith stores and on the brand’s website.

The collection marks the first full collection between Kith and Disney since the two collaborated on a Mickey t-shirt capsule in March 2018, made in partnership with Italian sportswear design house, Iceberg Clothing.
